Bio
Jake Klein is the new Executive Chef at Morrell Wine Bar and Café, an intimate restaurant on Rockefeller Center in Midtown Manhattan. Jake’s contemporary and adventurous menu reflects his international career in kitchens on four continents, which has included stints in Thailand, Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore, where he opened an all wood-fired restaurant to glowing reviews. Jake was an apprentice of Masaharu Morimoto and worked at the Myriad Restaurant Group before joining Morrell. Jake is originally from Miami.
