As a Chef from the prestigious California Culinary Academy, the always-dynamic Chef Michelle Karam has always had a passion for great food and the generosity to share her recipes with others. Michelle Karam is the featured chef on ehow.com where she has completed over 60 featured segments that teach and show how to make delicious meals and desserts with a no stress attitude! She will also be on an episode of the premier season of Rocco’s Dinner Party on the Bravo Network with Celebrity Chef Rocco DiSpirto.

In addition she is the featured chef for Brooke Burke from Dancing with the Starts website Modernmom.com where she contributes regularly with new recipes, ideas & tips!

She also was also featured on Target’s Holiday Solutions 2010 showing how to make everything from a Prime Rib Roast to Easy & Delectable Applesauce and what are the holidays with out some Home-made Gingerbread Men!

She’s also done featured segments for Pier 1 Imports. Showing off everything from their Tasting Party Collection… In addition to her many on-camera appearances, Michelle occasionally guest hosts a radio show for the Santa Barbara News Press, which discusses local restaurants, reviews and recipes. She owns a catering and event company, Dishes by Michelle, which features the finest food, exceptional service and unique presentation.
